How I can help your organisation achieve alignment

1-1 Executive or Performance Coaching: Emer works with individuals 1-1 to unlock hidden potential and to remove blockers that are holding them back. Emer uses a blend of her coaching and psychological tools when working 1-1 with clients.

Team Performance Coaching: Emer works with groups to have discussions on various performance areas relevant to their role. She uses the dynamic of the group to build trust, openness and transparency among teams. She holds a space for high-potential teams to discuss the team performance, their key goals and objectives and she helps them remove the blocks that could stop them achieving their goals.

DISC for High-Performance: As a trained expert in the Personality Profile Analysis (PPA)  Emer delivers 1-1 feedback to help individuals to enhance self-awareness and explore performance challenges. Emer also delivers and facilitates performance workshops with teams to help them unlock the areas in their performance that are holding them back.

From “Forcing” or “Floating” to “Flow”: Emer works with the Q2 model, a high-performance matrix that helps teams and organisations map where they are performing using the Q2 survey. Emer can work with clients to take them from forcing or floating to operating in flow using this well-designed high-performance tool.

Culture & Values Uncovering & Embedding: Emer can help your organisation uncover your magic or your core values so you can understand what makes your organisation special. Emer facilitates workshops with your entire organisation and through a slick and simple process she can help uncover a culture that you can embed to support your businesses growth and to protect your culture.

Healthy Place to Work: As an expert in the HPTW global certification for workplaces, Emer uses the Healthy Place to Work survey to examine the health status of an organisation and support them to move the dial on employee performance through a focus on health and wellbeing.
